本日プリンス英米学院新越谷校では、サタデースクール・英語学童教室合同のスピーチ発表会を実施致しました！！！

生徒たちは、今日の為にセリフやダンスなどパフォーマンスを覚えて、先生たちの手伝いのもと、一生懸命練習してまいりました。

 

今回私たちは初めて大きな会場を借りて、舞台で発表するというイベントを企画しました。

生徒たちは、自分たちのパフォーマンス内容を一から考え、備品を準備し、お家でたくさん練習してきた結果、どのプログラムもとても素晴らしい発表となりました！

サタデースクール、英語学童を担当するDavid先生とGerwin先生は、このように話してくれました。

 

I would like to thank all the parents for attending our Year End Celebration today! The students worked really hard and did a fantastic job! We are very proud to end this year with such a great event. Let’s make next year as special as this year! Remember, you can do anything if you set your mind to it!

Today marks a very special day for Prince Kids International School as it held its first presentation event. It was filled with amazing talents showcased by the students. It was great to see everyone enjoying and having fun presenting in front of parents. Students and teachers worked hard to make this event possible. It was very fulfilling to see all the parents smiling, laughing and cheering the kids. This is just the beginning of many more presentation events. Looking forward to the next one!

平和の祭典であるオリンピック・パラリンピックが開催される一方、この数週間で悲しいニュースも続き、私達大人は予測不可能な時代であるということを身をもって感じています。

これからの子供たちは、その予測不可能な時代を生き抜いていかねばなりません。

今回の発表を通じ、達成感を感じる生徒もいれば、悔しい思いをしている生徒もいるかもしれません。しかし、生徒たちは、自分たちで創り出すという素晴らしい経験ができました。失敗を糧にできることこそが成長の一歩なのかもしれません。

このスピーチ発表会が、来年度以降も恒例行事にできるよう、「世界で生きる力」を子供たちに、というスローガンのもと、これからも私たちは皆さまと一緒に成長してまいります。
